Registration for this conference is now closed.
MEALS
Meals on conference days are available with pre-payment and registration. Lunch (on Friday and Saturday) will be available for $15/person each day. Dinner will be available on Friday for $55/person. Payments must be received by March 6, 2009.
Payment options will available online soon.
On-site registration will be on a space-available basis. Lunch and dinner reservations must be made in advance and will not be available on-site.
